About Priver

Private intelligence, built from the silicon up.

Priver is building a new kind of personal AI — one whose memory and reasoning run on hardware you own, prove where their answers came from, and answer only to you. Not a privacy policy. A property of the hardware.

Why we exist

Today, your memory lives in someone else's cloud.

Every assistant, app, and device keeps its own private record of you — fragmented, unstructured, and controlled by whoever runs the servers. Your sovereignty over it is a promise that can change with their incentives, or vanish overnight.

Priver's answer is to move the memory to where you already are: onto the device, into silicon built for it. When privacy is enforced by the hardware rather than pledged by a company, "trust us" stops being something you have to take on faith.

What we believe

Four convictions, built into everything.

01

On-device first

Answers resolve against your own memory, on your own hardware. The cloud is the last resort, reached only when you have no answer — and only on your terms.

02

Verify before trust

Every answer is checked against something real — a proof, a measurement, a source — before it's believed. When "trust us" isn't an option, verification is the product.

03

You own your memory

One cryptographically-owned graph of your life — yours to query, audit, and erase. We build the system that keeps it running; you hold the thing itself.

04

Private by construction

Privacy is enforced in the silicon — a hardware boundary raw data physically can't cross — not bolted on as a setting you have to find and trust.

How we build it

From the silicon, all the way up.

Most companies start with an app and rent the rest. Priver builds the whole stack — because the privacy promise only holds if every layer keeps it.

Silicon Priver Core a four-block chip platform — memory subsystem, privacy boundary, attestation, inference — that every device is built on
Software Priver Mind the memory graph that runs on the silicon — it learns, forgets, proves where answers came from, and stays yours
Devices Mneme · Priver AI · AURIC the things you wear and carry, each holding your memory on-device where you control it
Embodied Priver Robotics the same private memory and world model, given a body that can act
What we're building

One platform, a whole lineup.

Where we are

In development — and building in the open.

Priver is early. The architecture across every page is described as filed, the technology is the subject of pending patent applications, and the product names are working names while the brand settles.

If you're a chip vendor, a device partner, or a potential teammate, the blocks of the platform are licensable today — and we'd like to talk.
